Telling BJP how it's gonna be.......
Hi pups,
As some of you might know, prior to Charlie crossing the Rainbow Bridge, mum and dad had only heard me bark once - once in 12 years and that was at a hot air balloon that dared fly over our house. I have always been a quiet princess, and my days were filled with snoozing, eating, snoozing and snoozing some more.
All that changed when BJP came to live with us. Mum and dad say that he has given me a "new lease on life" - and they still marvel at the fact that BJP and I play together, and I love nothing more to give him a good telling off.
He doesn't even have to do anything, and I will yell at him ! Well, I gotta just keep him in his place - don't I ???
Also, mum has been "hi-faluting" again with my friends - found this pic on her phone - she obviously went to visit the Leuradales again when she was meant to be working ! Hmphh !
Lastly, I know it has been terribly sad in DWB land recently - we have lost many pups, kitties and humans. Sometimes it gets us down and mum and dad think that if we had never created DWB, we wouldn't have to deal with all the sadness - but, then we wouldn't have known all of our friends either - and our lives are definately richer for having known each and every one of you !"Grief is the price we pay for love" - it is so true, but with the grief comes the joy as well - never forget that. Or else I may have to start yelling at all of you as well - or at least threatening to open the can of Opy Whoopass, and Marvin can tell you - you definately don't want that to happen !

Miss Opy! I really like your technique of opening your mouth WIDE so that there is plenty of room for chunks of that puppy to fit in. You are quite the vocalist now, huh.
You tell mom and dad that we are forever grateful to DWB for giving US a new lease on life. So many great pals. It is even good to share the sadness because that is part of life.

So, Opy, we're wondering if our Fergi may follow suit?!? If this is what we have to look forward to, it'll really make us smile. Just like the video did! So much changes with time. That's one of the things about Life that makes Living so Special.

Hey there Opy, you are still my best girl. I didn't know Charlie had crossed the bridge. My brothers Duncan and Tavish both crossed too. Duncan in October and Tavish yesterday. Mom is sad.
Anyway, I was looking for a picture of Tav for mom, and thought I'd stop by to say hi. I guess I never have much to say anymore...I'm getting old, I guess.

Opy, you are looking...well, not so gruff in that picture with Greg! You are so right, if we didn't have DWB, we wouldn't have to feel other peep's and pup's pain, but we also wouldn't have the support of those peeps and pups when something awful happens.
