Weather is STUPID !....Tattoo's....sprung in the house upstairs (again !)

Hey buddies,

Well !!! Let me tell you how STUPID (© Turbo) our freaking weather is at the moment ! Just last week we were sweltering in 40 degrees plus (that's like over 110 farenheit!) for day after day, and now we are freezing our proverbial tooshies off in 15 degrees weather - how stupid is that ? and we are in freaking March !

Mum and SHD are starting to worry about keeping us warm in winter - they have had many discussions on this subject - made even more complicated by the fact that since Charlie has been on his heart/fluid tablets that he has become alittle "leaky", if you know what I mean ;-)

Well, let me tell you how smart my mum is ! She had a brilliant idea to look into Reptile Heating ! Now, I know that I am not a lizard - but I think she had a great idea. Her and dad researched it alittle, and it looks like those reptile heat lamps will be the way to go. They really didn't want to put a heater out in the kennel, because "someone" who shall remain nameless (Charlie !) tends to pull all the blankets off our bed, and they were worried about them catching fire against the heater. But, the Reptile heat lamps, you can hang from the roof and they radiate the heat downwards and don't emit any light or get hot. They are going to check them out tomorrow - so stay tuned for an update. Personally, I think that I should be allowed to stay inside as I am well behaved and not stupid like Charlie !

Moving right along. Mum and SHD got new tattoo's done last week. This is SHD's - I would have thought that my face would have been better on the angel - as everyone knows that I am a perfect angel - but anyway ! I think it looks awesome !!!!!


Mum got her arm one redone as it fell apart the first time - and this time it looks like it will all stay as it should. She also got a "G" on her wrist - she reckons the "G" is for "Greg" (SHD's name) - but I am convinced it stands for "GRUFFPUPPY " !!!!!!!!! Here I am telling Charlie that mum got a "G for Gruffpuppy tattoo", and not a "C for stupid Charlie tattoo" :-)


Mum got the one on her back/neck done ages ago - but this is the first photo she has of it - if you look closely at it, it is a "C, O, G, B" that ties us all together - or some crap like that. She designed it herself.


The BIG news is the next tattoo that mum is getting on May 22nd. She is getting our pawtrait - and this is the picture that SHD is working on for her to take to the tattoo place. How kewl !!!! We can't wait to see it - and maybe SHD will stop calling her a "pussy" for only having little tattoo's done - this one will take about 3 hours. I hope she doesn't faint !I also got sprung in the upstairs part of the house again - check out the evidence. All I can say is - what do they expect if they leave the freaking door open !!!!!!!!

Finally, I will leave you with a picture of me that shows that I am less "big-boned", than I was last year, as last year I couldn't roll around right over on my back - but now look at me ! Oh, and I have assumed the best position - right in front of the heater :-)

Something for dad, something for mum - and, most importantly, something for us !!! Oh, and the case of the "missing shoes" !

Hey buddies,

Well, I have lots of pictures to share with you all today.

Aren't I cute with my ears all forward :-)

First time ever I have snuck into the kitchen in the new house. You see, the kitchen is upstairs and we stay downstairs, but when the front door was open today - I snuck in, don't I look pleased with myself :-) (Mum says to excuse the mess).

Mum and dad went out to pick up their Ebay bargain this morning - they won these bookcases. Well, they won one of them for $40, and when they went to collect them - the nice man said they could have all three for $60 ! Bargain, or what !!!!!!! They are pawfect for dad to put all his model ships and model cars in that he builds. He is pretty clever - have a look here at what he is currently working on.


So, that was something for dad.

Next, we have something for mum.

Look at these delicious prawns - or shrimp, if you aren't an Aussie :-) The only time mum prefers white wine over red is when she has seafood. These ones were fresh caught this morning and, to quote mum, they were "absolutely scrum-didily-umptious" !!!!!!


So, that was something for mum.

Finally, we have something for me and Charlie. Take a look at this HUGE bone !!!!! Alas, it had to be cut in half for us - but that was okay. It will take us all afternoon to eat it, I am sure. Dad had to cut it up with his saw - I made sure I got the best portion :-) You know the best bit ? It will make us have REALLY stinky farts all night - so we can torture mum and dad - what could be better ??????

Hurry up guys - I am starving !!!!!

Now, on to the shoes.......

For the last 5 months I have constantly heard mum muttering to herself something about her missing some shoes. She couldn't work out if they had been lost in the move, or in her many "hissy fits" that she had when she was packing up the old house, that she may have thrown them all away. Now, all this time she has just been talking to herself about them and arguing back and forth as to what happened - well, dad overheard her the other day and said " what are you on about ?", and she said "my shoes......blah.....blah......blah". And you know what ???????? Dad says "oh, they are out in the little house (other house on the property where we store some stuff)" !!!! "WHAT !!!!!!!" says mum !!!!!!! Dad says "well, you never told me you were looking for them" !!!! Sheeshhhhhhhh - communication guys - comeon, get it together !!!

So, mum was reunited with her shoes - and all is now right with the world :-) Until the next "catastophe" !!!!!!!

And finally - Charlie is doing really well - we are all very happy with his progress :-)

Gotta get back to my bone crunching.
