Also, an update on the DWB's calander - we have raised $255 for Doggie Rescue - we are aiming for a $500 target. So, if you haven't purchased your calander yet, and would like to - all you gotta do is click right here. Mum and SHD will make up any shortfall in the target - but any further help, by buying a calander, is greatly appreciated :-)

Okay, it's THAT time again !!!!!

(and yes, this post does warrant all bold writing !!!!)

Righto buddies - see these chops ?

You have seen them before, and no doubt you will see them again - these are my very best GRUFF chops, and I have them out and ready to go.

Not only have I got the gruffy's out - but I also have my paw poised on the proverbial can of "Whoop Ass" - it is just iching for me to open it - and I am so VERY close !!!!! My good buddy Marvin alerted me to the fact that his mum, Jeannie, was feeling alittle overwhelmed with her blogging situation at the moment - not enough time, feeling guilty etc etc. That was bad enough - but I look in the comments on Marvin's blog - and so many others feel the same :(

Comeon guys - this is meant to be fun, not stressful. I don't blog as often as I would like, or comment as much as I would like - but I sure as heck don't feel guilty about it. If mum has the choice between playing and cuddling with me and Charlie - or helping me write my blog, she will choose to spend time with me EVERYTIME, and I am totally okay with that !

I read lots of blogs each day - I may not comment on them all - but reading blogs is a relaxation thing for me and mum, and I hate to read that people are stressed over this whole blogging lark - it doesn't need to be like that folks - it really doesn't !!!!

I am also really peed off that we seem to be getting some "people" (term used loosely !) leaving nasty comments on others blogs - I can tell you now, if I EVER find out that it is anyone associated with DWB's causing heartache for other members - they will be banned from our community and publicly humiliated before they can bark "woof" !!!!

We will not stand for it !

I am sure that it is just people trying to cause trouble and has nothing to do with DWB's, but as I said, if I ever find out that it was.......don't test me on this one !!!!

Please don't let these people win - make your blog not accept annonymous comments, or put blog moderation on it - there are a number of things you can do - and if anyone needs a hand with it, please just let me know and I will see if SHD can help. We don't want to loose our buddies over the stupidity of others :(

Okay, I have worked myself up into a right state now - I need to have a lie down.

The can of Whoopass is chillin' in the fridge for now - please don't make me open it up.

Everyone just take a deep breath, hug your pups (and hammies, and even cats !), and relax - please have a think how it feels for mum and SHD, they have created such a wonderful site, made so many wonderful friends - and it really upsets them to think that this place that they have created is causing people to stress :(

Hi everyone,

Thanks for all the comments about my last bloggy post - Charlie sure does like to get his big noggin in to my pictures, that's for sure !!!! See what I mean !!!!!!


A few pups asked why Mr Horsey had a cover over his face - it is because of the horrendous summer fly problem we have out here - they are relentless. Mum was taking us on our nightly stroll the other day - and one flew right into her mouth and she swallowed it - GROSS !!! We didn't hear the end of it either - I think she thought she was going to die !!!!

My good buddy LacyLuLu gave me this great award - thanks Lacy, it is very much appreciated.

Mum undertook a project last weekend. Now, my mum would have to be about the least creative, artsy person on the planet - so this was a big deal for her. She didn't want to put all of the DWB's Card Exchange cards just in a box - so she decided to make an album for them. Here are her results -

Did anyone notice that they are actually for 2006, not 2007 ???? I guess she is running alittle behind :-) She has made the album ready to go for the 2007 ones, but we can't bear to take them down yet - so she may finally get around to putting them in the album when the 2008 cards start rolling in :-) These are ours still hanging up - we love looking at them everyday.

Mum said that the albums may not be the best efforts you have ever seen - but they were made with love, and it took her 4 hours to do them - so, that is a HUGE effort for my non-creative mum. I think she deserves a big lick up the side of the face for her special effort :-)

I was given some wonderful awards this week - and I do feel alittle sheepish accepting them as it wasn't really me who did all the work with the Trooper helmet pics - it was SHD, but I will accept them on his behalf :-)

Operation Bring Beau Home.....

Hey everyone,

Well, it seems our collective effort helped Ivy's B.P get ahead in the photo competition - now we have another mission, a VERY important one.

As an honorary trooper in The Army Of Four I have gratefully accepted the mission from Supreme Commander Stormy to do whatever I can to help make 2008 the year that Beau comes home!

Even if you are not an Ao4 Trooper, Stormy still needs your help, so download your official Mission Kit and do whatever you can to try and locate Beau and return him to his family.
